The Barrelman

Relief Concrete Map Branding

In collaboration with Nineyards and Project Lead Ema Jayne McKay,  we produced an impressive Embossed Map of Bow Street that’s set behind the iconic Barrelman. This project exemplifies  creativity, craftsmanship, and innovation, culminating in a remarkable work of art that undoubtedly captivates the imagination.

The intricacy of the project and the journey behind it highlight a commitment to excellence. The Embossed Map of Bow Street, serving as a backdrop for the iconic Barrelman, represents a fusion of historical significance and contemporary design, capturing the essence of the space in a visually striking manner.

The use of black sand-embedded concrete in casting the map adds a unique layer of texture and authenticity to the piece. This choice of material not only contributes to the aesthetic appeal but also creates a tactile connection for viewers, enhancing the overall sensory experience.

The installation’s location at Jameson on Bow Street Irish Distillers adds an additional layer of significance. Placed within a context that’s deeply connected to tradition, craftsmanship, and heritage, the Embossed Map becomes more than just an artwork; it becomes a part of the narrative and the environment.

We thouroughly enjoyed working on this project!
