We take every precaution to ensure that your concrete basin arrives to you safely. Our basin packaging is purpose made to protect the item during shipping. We then palletise this box on a skid pallet which is managed by The Pallet Network. Sometimes however there may be an occasion where the item was damaged in transit. You must notify Concrete Fair within the first 24 hours if any such damage has occurred to your product. We will review the item for repair or replacement in the event of damage occurring once notified within this time period.

Your concrete basin is made to order. Once you have made an order with us, the process for manufacture begins. Once we commence with manufacturing your basin, you will be unable to cancel your purchase or make any changes. In the event that you wish to cancel an order, this communication must be made to us immediately or as soon as possible after your order has been made. If your order has not commenced the production process we will cancel your order and refund you for same.
Once your concrete basin has been despatched, it typically takes up to 48 hours for delivery. If it is convenient we can arrange for your basin to be collected by you, from our base in South Tipperary. Please call us to make your order over the phone if this option suits you.
